This is a great (and free) way to help increase the listenership of your podcast: list it on Digg. Then encourage any one who's so inclined to Digg it - which boosts it in the listings. The higher up you are, the more people will see it.
Since I have confidence that any podcaster in the Blubrry community is worthy of a Digg, I'll be happy to Digg any podcasts that are mentioned (with links provided) in this topic.
I have four podcasts going. If you deem any or all of them appropriate, you can Digg them via the following links:

Those links don't work on Digg anymore

What was the reason for them being removed? How could we avoid this?

It's not any specific podcast on Digg that was removed, it was the entire podcast section of Digg. Here's the blog post explaining it: http://blog.digg.com/?p=289 (http://blog.digg.com/?p=289)

It's pretty lame that Digg moved all Podcast related topics to video, because people who go to the video section want to find videos, not podcasts unless the podcast itself is a video show.
When I link my individual shows, I don't tell people I have a podcast, I just give a discription and then say "Listen right here:...." with a link. When they go to the sight, they will discover it is a internet radio show that is accessible as a downloadable podcast thru iTunes.
I don't like saying the word "Podcast", because most people either don't understand it or have reservations against it before even looking at what you have. I like to let people decide for themselves if they want to subscribe to my show by announcing it in my show towards the end. If they subscribe, I know they listened until the very end of the show.
The results: from 90 to nearly 350 iTunes subscribers per day
