Hi,
Hopefully this isn't a stupid question, I have searched the forums but not found anyone with my exact problem.
I have started a new podcast and, after much mucking about, realised it was easier to change my Powerpress and Wordpress settings, title etc, whilst keeping my feed url intact. Could not suss out how to add a second feed in my Wordpress site. I've removed and resubmitted my podcast to Itunes and it is awaiting review. Powerpress reads it fine, Itunes reads it fine. So far so good.
However, in the Blubrry Podcast Directory the old name etc is still coming up. Will these changes take a while to update or is there some way within Blubrry to change them?
Cheers!

The Blubrry directory listing should update itself with the new title the next time the directory looks at your feed. Still, I can check that everything is set correctly now just to be sure. Please respond with:
*The name of your show as it currently appears in the directory listing
*The URL you're currently using for the show's podcast feed

Hi Shawn,
Many thanks for your response.
Here are the details you requested;
My Own Private I Dunno

Your show's directory listing is working off of the current feed URL. I refreshed the listing and it picked up the new show title. You can see that here: https://www.blubrry.com/myownprivateidunno/
The listing should update itself with new episodes going forward as you publish them.

Thanks Shawn,
Will it pick up the new pic too? It is still showing the old one. The pic is fine on feedburner/Itunes etc
I don't suppose the url maters does it? That can stay at the old title?

The feed here:
http://livo.co.uk/wp/feed/
Is using this image for the artwork:
http://livo.co.uk/wp/wp-content/uploads/powerpress/MeLounge.jpg
Which is what the directory listing is showing. If you want the artwork to be something else, you'll have to change it in the PowerPress Artwork tab.
And the directory listing URL can't be changed once it's set. But that URL has no impact on anything.

Hi Shawn,
When I right click the image shown at https://www.blubrry.com/myownprivateidunno/ and get the image address from it it tells me it is https://assets.blubrry.com/coverart/300/416656.jpg

The Blubrry directory copies the image from the <itunes:artwork> tag in your listing's source podcast RSS feed. That tag in this feed:
http://livo.co.uk/wp/feed/
Currently looks like this:
<itunes:image href="http://livo.co.uk/wp/wp-content/uploads/powerpress/MeLounge.jpg" />
The image URL in the tag links here:
http://livo.co.uk/wp/wp-content/uploads/powerpress/MeLounge.jpg
Which is the same image being displayed here:
https://www.blubrry.com/myownprivateidunno/
You can load the feed in a web browser and check for yourself, if needed.

Hi Shawn,
Thanks for your reply. I don't know what you can see, but in my browser these images are not the same. I took screengrabs but can't add them into this post. If you click on the links in your reply you will see they both differ. http://livo.co.uk/wp/wp-content/uploads/powerpress/MeLounge.jpg is of my ugly mug and the one at https://www.blubrry.com/myownprivateidunno/ is the old podcast image featuring a snowglobe and the text 'My Own Private IDunno.
MeLounge.jpg is the correct one, which is shown in Itunes Connect (pending review), Feedburner and Wordpress. Only Blubrry shows the old image.

The podcast is now active with itunes, with the correct picture http://livo.co.uk/wp/wp-content/uploads/powerpress/MeLounge.jpg but the blubrry directory still shows the old pic. Hopefully this will get sorted at some point.

Please respond with the URL to your show's listing in Apple Podcasts as this may shed some light on what's going on.

hi Shawn
Thanks for your reply.
It's https://podcastsconnect.apple.com/my-podcasts/the-livo-lounge/1417286704

Sorry, it's https://itunes.apple.com/gb/podcast/the-livo-lounge/id1417286704?mt=2

It works now. Must have just needed time to filter thru as cache's flushed as I initially thought.
