Audio Player is non-respondent on mobile

For some reason, the basic player is currently non-respondent on mobile. It appears to work on desktop without issue but mobile can take over a minute to begin playing. The download dots are delayed appearing.

Also, when you press the play button, it appears to have no function or not work on both platforms. This could be a plugin update that I haven't troubleshooted yet, but it hadn't been doing that previously.

I've switched over to AMP for both mobile and desktop and had had no issues with the player. This is something that just started happening.

I went to this post on your website using the latest version of Mobile Safari on my iPhone that's running the latest version of iOS:

The play button did appear and when I tapped it, the audio began playing within a few seconds. All I see on Mobile Safari is the play button that switches to a pause button after the audio starts. I see a more full-featured player when I look at the site on a desktop browser.

What media player are you using? It doesn't look like the default MediaElement.js player that's used by PowerPress.
