How to Change Subscription Email Address

Right now if someone subscribes to our podcasts the From line is:  Subscribe by Email.  Not very descriptive and kind of spammy sounding.  Is there a way to change that to the name of our podcast?

You may be able to do that thru CSS and/or editing files in your theme:
