Artwork showing in iTunes, but not in powerpress
« on: September 06, 2016, 01:10:50 am »
Hi! I am just launching my podcast using powerpress and blubrry hosting. I used powerpress for all ID3tags and settings and had my podcast approved in iTunes. My artwork shows up in iTunes, but not on my blubrry player. I tried adding it per episode and to the shortcode (with image="url.jpg") and nothing - the image is ~300k 1500px and hosted on Amazon S3 (set to public).

Any clues?

My podcast title is The Simply Convivial Audio Blog.

Thanks!

Please post a link to the page where you're having trouble with the player so we can take a look.

Troubleshooting:

When I click share, the link it wants to share is https://www.blubrry.com/mystie  but my podcast is at https://www.blubrry.com/simplyconvivial/  -- I don't see where to change this in powerpress

The Blubrry media player artwork is pulled in from your show's listing in the Blubrry directory. I noticed your show had two listings in the directory, which probably caused some confusion during setup. I saw one listing had media hosting attached and one didn't. I delisted the listing that had no hosting attached to it to try and make things less confusing. I also see that the artwork is appearing now on the player you've linked to.
