Author Topic: Custom Range Showing '0' While Selecting Month Returns Results  (Read 1613 times)

For one particular episode only, the custom date range option always returns '0.' However, when I select a month (even a month with the same dates as the custom range) for this same episode, results are shown. Any ideas on what caused this or how to fix? Would like to use the custom date range option for this episode. Screenshots below:

Thanks for reporting, we're looking into it. Does it work though when you do a date range outside of the months?

Thanks very much for your response. No, it does not work when I do a date range outside of the months. I checked for 2.23.15 thru 3.23.15 and it also returned zero. Screenshot below.

It appears to be an issue with the current version in place, but in our development version (the next release version) it's not an issue. It's a big update when we do roll it out, so I cannot promise when we will get it rolled out but I know it has to happen by the end of the 2nd quarter of 2015.

Just a quick update... This issue is persisting and it is for more than one episode now. I assume we are onto the next version by now since we are well past the end of the second quarter of 2015. Any ideas for how to fix this?

We did not upgrade the Blubrry statistics yet. When we do it will match the new navigation interface.

Statistics upgrade has been delayed due to the launch of PowerPress Sites.
