Sidebar that accomodates category feeds

I'm building a podcast "network" for local markets that will host podcasts on different topics their own category. I'd like to be able to use/edit the SUBSCRIBE SIDEBAR plugin to be tailored to each category as a different feed rather than lump them all together in one feed.

There are no such options in the subscribe sidebar plugin for this problem. The plugin is meant to be simple, and such functionality would be rather complex.
