Two Questions re Feed. Changing and accessing old one

LET ME FIRST EXPLAIN THAT I MRS THICKO. 

No tech knowledge whatsoever so please excuse me if I ask really daft questions.

Firstly, I changed the name of my wordpress site from manicmummies.com to TheFamilyHour.com. Before then I had my itunes set up, feed working no problem.  It's a ery new site so doubt if there were any subscribers yet to loose. Do I simply just put the new url in the ITunes New Feed url box (leaving the exisiting feed details in the top box labelled iTunes Subscription URL) wait a few days and hey bingo, the change will happen in itunes?  Please advise

Secondly, the next daft question:

I used itunes a couple of years ago and have loads of podcasts still relevant to the new site. However, I don't own that domain name any longer which is connected to the feed name. Is there anyway I can get those podcasts transferred over do you know.
