"The network connection was reset"
« on: September 01, 2011, 08:15:25 am »
Hello again -
I have a recurring problem with my feed on Itunes. When my listeners try to update on ITunes, they see the exclamation point by our name... and the above message. I think I've checked everything... but what on earth could this be?

My ITunes subscription URL is: http://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/the-history-chicks/id415983183
My feed is:  http://thehistorychicks.com/?feed=podcast

Anyone? I've got an episode that I raced to get on the due date... that people can not download.

There is something going on at your web host.  Your feed times out in my browser  and I'm unable to ping your domain name.  Who is your web host?  (Where your wordpress site lives)

I would contact support at your web hosting company.  I am currently unable to even load your webpage.  If you website doesn't load, your feed will also be down.  iTunes uses your feed directly from each subscriber's computer to download new episodes. If it times out, you get the little explanation point next to your podcast in itunes.
