Title: RSS not valid after SSL
Post by: Caeh Augsuto on August 08, 2018, 06:27:24 am
Hi there!

My RSS feed is: https://loremasters.com.br/feed/podcast

After integration with HostGator's free SSL I've forced all HTTP to HTTPS but then i all feed validator sites I've got returning messages with errors. :(

I submitted a web ticket on HostGator to receive a reply telling me that there are no interference between SSL and my RSS feed...

The thing is, i already got the first episode up and just uploaded the feed :(
how can I repair (if it's broken) my RSS feed in order to properly appear in the aggregators?

Best regards,
Caeh

- Edit: i also use a CDN provided by HostGator called SiteLock, if that helps with information...

I ran your podcast RSS feed thru a couple validators and none of them like the SSL certificate. I know the feed will load in a web browser but something else is going on with your site and SSL. You may need to contact HostGator support again.
