Title: How to change name of podcast - No content or feed yet

Title speaks for itself.  I've decided to change the name and scope of the show before I start uploading episodes.  Is there a way to do that?  If so, I haven't found it yet. :)

This is usually handled by whatever system you're using to generate your podcast feed. How are you doing that?
