Title: Itunes Subscribe URL Field is missing from advanced mode

Advanced mode => itunes
Does not show the iTunes subscription link field. It is not there at all. And thus I cannot have the subscribe in itunes buttons anywhere. Please help.

The place to add your iTunes subscription URL is in the Destinations tab of Advanced Mode Settings.
