Title: iPhone Media Player vs. Podcasts for iOS
Post by: NarniaWeb on May 17, 2017, 01:27:24 pm
Looking at the Clients page in my podcast statistics, two caught my eye...

How is "iPhone Media Player" different from "Podcasts for iOS"?

I assume "Podcasts for iOS" just means the standard Podcast app for iPhones. But what about the other? If listeners navigate to my website and press play from there, does that count as "iPhone Media Player?

And yes, Podcasts for iOS is the podcast-consumption app that comes preloaded on iOS devices.
