Title: problem with verifying my audio mp3 link
Post by: ahmadaustin on May 14, 2011, 03:33:18 pm
Hi Guys

I am getting this message: Format not supported, module, module.audio-video.riff.php, was removed..
when I try to verify my podcast mp3 link. I have uploaded several podcast and had no problems.

Can tell me what I need to do? I edit and save the mp3 in Camtasia Studio

Please reply with the link to the mp3. I have a feeling the file is an mp3 by file extension only.

I'm having the same issue. I get the same message and I'm using Amazon S3 for my file storage. I removed the "s" in https, because I saw an error message that came up saying the PowerPress doesn't support https. I can play both of them into html5 flash player on Chrome.

Secure: https://s3.amazonaws.com/FRF-Podcast/frf002.mp3

Regular: http://s3.amazonaws.com/FRF-Podcast/frf002.mp3

Amazon S3 is a storage system, the media hosting portion is meant to feed Amazon CloudFront, as it's not as robust.

Amazon services are beyond the scope of he support we provide here, but we do have experience setting Amazon services up for clients. Feel free to contact our corporate company, www.rawvoice.com and we can send you a quote for consultation on the topic.
