How do I get my show to show up in relevant searches?
« on: October 16, 2018, 03:51:53 pm »
I've got a comedy sketch podcast called Release The Clowns. It's home site isn't blubrry, but Podbean. I've listed it on blubrry and if you directly search for the show you can find it, BUT it's not showing up at all if you look for comedy sketch podcasts.

Does anyone know how I can change my settings so that it gets picked up in searches? There doesn't seem to be any way of setting search words and I've been going round in circles, so any help would be great!
Thanks!

The Blubrry directory looks at, in this order:
*iTunes summary
*content:encoded (your show notes)
*show description

If your keyword(s) are in those sections, the directory should find your show. It may take a little while to be properly indexed after your show is first listed in the directory.
