Unable to add a plugin

Hello,
I am having trouble with my WordPress website. Im Using the Powerpress Theme. For some reason I am unable to add a new plugin. I been searching for methods to fix this problem but unfortunately no luck so far. Does anyone have a solution for this issue?

If you're using Blubrry's PowerPress Sites service, you are unable to add outside themes or plugins to your site. PowerPress Sites Basic comes with one theme and a couple plugins while PowerPress Sites Deluxe has more to offer. More information here:
