Problems with iTunes connect

I have a new podcast I would like to submit to iTunes. But I can't even get past step #1.

Everyone seems to say I should start by logging into iTunes Connect: https://itunesconnect.apple.com/

But this has been leading me in a circle...

1) I log-in with my Apple ID
2) I click "Podcasts"
3) Brings me back to log-in screen.
4) I click "Podcasts"
5) Repeat... ... ...

Recently, I tried again and instead got a generic "can't load page" from my browser. Tried many times.

I have tried multiple Apple IDs, multiple devices, multiple locations, and multiple times of day. Still no luck.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

You need to sign into the iTunes Store using your preferred Apple ID and acknowledge Apple's terms of service.

You can do this either thru the iTunes app on an iOS device or thru the desktop iTunes application on a Mac or Windows computer.
