How do I upload artwork so it doesn't have an icon saying that my artwork is missing?

What is the exact name of your show? What is the URL to your show's podcast feed? The artwork that shows up on your Subscribe by Email page is taken from your show's directory listing on the Blubrry website. Once I have the above information, I can check the listing and make sure everything's up to date.
