I need to give a specific wordpress user role access to the plugin.

I need to give a specific wordpress user-role access to the plugin.  Right now it just appears to be admins who can access from wp-admin. Ideally a custom user role which is created just for managing podcasts.

There isn't any way to do this within PowerPress itself. There are a number of user-role modification plugins out there, so it's possible one of them can do what you want.
