"Website Welcome" and URL Verification

We are suddenly getting a ton of 404 errors from IP 192.254.186.172 which is associated with "Website Welcome." If I block it, however, the Verify URL button returns an error. Is there a workaround? I can't find anything in the PowerPress code pointing to that site but there is obviously some connection.

IP address starting with 192 usually indicate that address is on a local network. You may want to check with support for your web hosting company as the problematic traffic may be coming from your own server.

Also, please post the URL to a media file you've tried verifying so we can do some testing.

When I check on that URL in my iThemes security log, it tells me that it belongs to "Website Welcome." But now that I look at my hosting service account, it says the site IP is that 192.254.186.172!

So Blubrry can't be the problem.
