Need help setting up my first episode pleeeease

Howdy,
I a total blubrry n00b!
I have uploaded my first audio file and I am trying to fill out all of the boxes and "Edit My Episode", so I have some questions......
1. The "Content" Box under "Subtitle", what's this for? Is this where I detail what the episode is about and the show notes?
2. Is there any recommended length that this content should be?
3. The "Poster Image URL", is this for the overall Podcast's image, what size should this be?
4. What's the "Comment" box under the "Poster Image URL" field?
5. "Episode Image", is this for a unique image for that specific episode? If so what are the recommended dimensions?
6. "Episode Link", what's this for?
I'd be very grateful to anyone that would give me a steer in the right direction.
