Powerpress Generates 404 Error

I get a 404 error when attempting to update Playlist Player option in the advanced settings.

I have:
1. Disabled all plugins but PowerPress
2. Changed to Default WP theme.
3. Deactivated, unistalled, and reinstalled the PowerPress plugin.

Sigh.  I gave up for many months and have returned to try again. No success.
