Time Stamp Links and episode picture

Does anyone know how I can set time stamp links to specific times in my show that a user could click on the link and it would take them directly to that mark in the audio? 

Here's an example from someone else of what I'm trying to do:

Also, I'd like to add a picture of my guest to the player for each episode.  is that possible

If you're using the default PowerPress Media Player, you can try using the Skip to Timestamp plugin. I don't know if the plugin is still being developed, but it's the only solution for something like this I'm aware of. The site you linked to is using one of the premium podcast media players that probably has that function built-in.
