PowerPress Unable to Verify Podcast URL - "Operation Time Out"

I have been using PowerPress in conjunction with Wordpress for my podcast for quite some time. It has worked great for months now--I host my files on Soundcloud and simply copy and paste the file url into the Media URL box in each post and it automatically feeds it to iTunes, Google Play, Stitcher...

For some reason, I am unable to verify this week's episode and a "Operation Time-Out" error keeps appearing. I've tried quite a few fixes such as re-uploading the original file, re-doing the post, testing a url from a previous episode but nothing has worked so far.

I tested that media file URL with one of my own PowerPress installations and it verified successfully. If the problem persists, clear your browser cache and try again. If it persists beyond that, just enter the file size and duration time manually and save the post as a draft and then test it in preview. If it plays in preview, it should be fine to publish.
