settings panel not displaying any content

Have 7.02 plugin and WordPress 4.5.3 running Enfold theme

all other sections of the plugin show content on their respective pages/tabs, but the general "settings" will show button for simple or advanced mode, but no content in the rest of the page... if switch to the advanced mode will get the "tabs" and same thing - no content below... have disabled all plugins, and set theme to 2015 and still no change in plugin behavior...

The lead developer of PowerPress thinks this may be caused by a CSS issue. His suggestions are:

*Turn off any caching plugins and see if the settings page returns to normal
*Deactivate, delete, and reinstall the PowerPress plugin (your settings are saved in the database, so they won't be lost)
