This is most likely being caused by a conflict with either your WordPress theme or a plugin other than PowerPress. This page has some ideas on how to diagnose the issue:
https://create.blubrry.com/resources/powerpress/using-powerpress/diagnosing-feed-andor-player-issues-with-powerpress/

If you're using any premium/membership plugins that may hide the feeds. This page has some information on that:

Shawn - that is very nice of you.

I am not a programmer. Is there someone you know who can help us out to debug this issue?

Shawn - what we found is the conflict is caused by the theme, not plugs.

In this case, is it faster fix to change a theme? or trying to debug the conflict?

If you know the conflict is caused by the theme, the best advice would be to no longer use that theme. If you really want to use that theme, contact the theme developer and let them know about the problem and see if they can fix the theme for you.

Blubrry's development team strives very hard to ensure that PowerPress conforms to all of the current standards of WordPress. Sometimes, theme developers don't keep up with these standards, especially if it's a theme that's older and hasn't been updated recently. So, the theme may wind up causing conflicts because it's no longer in line with WordPress requirements.
