Streaming to multiple services shouldn't be a problem. Many podcasters do this. Yes, you can use the same output audio device to send to multiple streaming services. Just be mindful of bandwidth overload on your end and/or CPU overload on the machine you're using. If you've got a decent machine and a decent broadband connection, these probably won't be an issue.
