Hi,
I have 2 feeds with bluberry, second one added just over a month ago. The feed is maintained with the blubrry Wordpress plugin. In the Wordpress back end, I see basic listening stats available, and there is a link to the main blubrry site for "New statistics interface". The problem is it show 0 downloads even though the Wordpress plugin is reporting about 44. I've also just tried to set up an weekly summary email notification, and it wont do that either. :(

Any ideas?
Steve

Steve,

When you say you have 2 feeds, are they both coming off the same website?

Either way, What are the 2 feeds (addresses) so I can check?

That feed has the Other podcast's redirect setup.

In your wordpress dashboard, go to 'PowerPress Settings', navigate to "Services and Stats", then click the button "Click here to configure Blubrry Statistics and Hosting Services." Enter your account email, password and, if prompted, select the appropriate program from the list. For detailed instructions, visit the Blubrry Services and Statistics help page (link: http://create.blubrry.com/resources/powerpress/powerpress-settings/services-stats/).

Be sure to select the show "Welcome to Our Village, Please Invade Carefully Podcast".  That will change the redirect to "http://media.blubrry.com/wtovpic/" which will let it count in the correct account.   Right now those episodes are counting in the other podcast's statistics.

Ok I've done that. Is each podcast now contributing to its respective stats?

Nope.  I'm still seeing the redirect for Witsend on this feed's media files http://wtovpicpod.audiopress.co.uk/feed/podcast

Hi Mark,
I think that's a different problem to before? Before, all welcome to village was being directed to Wits End. Now welcome to village is fine, but Wits End is now redirecting to it. I just changed the Wits End one in wordpress back to what it was and it seems to have changed the welcome to our village too.

The problem seems to be that both stat feeds will only contribute to one or the other (I don't seem to be able to separate them).

I'm using a multisite wordpress install, using sub-domains. Am I able to route different sub-site feeds to different podcast stats, or do I have to create a new blubrry account for each?

Many thanks
Steve

Nope.. That is a unique setup.

So, what you will have to do is manually put the redirects in.  Unlink your blubrry.com account from your powerpress in the services and stats area.   This will also disable the stats in the dashboard.

The powerpress stats were designed to be 1 podcast on 1 website.  (we are working to be able to separate it in future releases) but until then, that is the work around.

When you post in podcast 1 use that podcasts's redirect in the media URL box and when you post podcast 2, use that podcast's redirect.

Hi.
I've the powerpress plugin now shows as
http://media.blubrry.com/wtovpic/
for Welcome to Our Village and

http://media.blubrry.com/witsend/
for Wits End.
Does that mean everything is working ok now?
