how to remove duplication declaration in xml feed

Hello... my feed won't validate, and I think it's because the feed contains a duplicate xml declaration.

How can I remove the duplicate declaration?  Is there a file I can edit via FTP?  Other options?

More than likely, you have another plugin (maybe a caching plugin) adding stuff to your RSS feed.
