Invalid image on Google Play

I have checked over everything I can figure and still get this message -
The podcast image is corrupted or of unknown format.

What can i do to fix this?

Please post a link to the image file you're trying to use so we can take a look.

Sometimes if you resubmit to Google play it will take it the second time.  I've seen this before.
