Love the latest plugin update! But I've run into a few problems ...

I love the new features you've added in today's plugin update! I'd been wishing for something like that subscription page ... just hadn't spent the time to figure it out on my own. I also love the subscription widget, but am having a few problems with that.

First of all, the widget doesn't show up on every page ... particularly the home page. Is this a setting I need to change somewhere? Also, the links below the logo in the widget are all run together. And is there any way to resize the logo? For now, I've turned the widget off, but definitely look forward to using it once these items are fixed.

Some of that is in the CSS of your theme.  If you could, post an example so we can see what you are asking about (or a screen shot)
