Play/Pause and Mute/Toggle buttons not displaying

I've selected the MediaElement Player as default.

When viewing the page on a desktop, the Play/Pause and Mute/Toggle buttons don't look right. They look correct in the admin panel.

This could be from a theme or plugin conflict issue.

Also try selecting "yes" in the media appearance tab where it asks if you are having theme issues.
