How to set the language of the feed?

I am using Powerpress to generate the feed for iTunes. iTunes displays the language of the podcast as English, but that needs to be Dutch. Where and how do I change the language setting?

It's currently not an option in the current version. It will be added in the next release.

Meanwhile, is there a quick hack possible that I could do myself? I mean by simply opening the plugin in the admin panel plugin editor?

Or should I hold my breath just a teeny weeny bit longer for the next release?  :)

At the moment the feeds are using the site wide feed language setting. To configure, follow the instructions from this WordPress thread: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/206519. We're going to be releasing version 0.8.0 either tomorrow or Thursday, so if you are willing to wait it will be worth waiting.

Does this actually work in the current version? I've setup a custom feed with language "en" but when I view the XML source the feed still says "<language>de</language>".

What's wrong?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This is actually a bug, you are selecting the right language but the language setting is not getting applied to the feed. I found and fixed the problem just now and the fix will be included in the next release of PowerPress, 0.9.3. The update will be available either tomorrow or Friday.

Great news, I was also starting to think  I was doing something wrong as the update never showed up in the iTunes settings.

Thanks a lot! I saw me already digging deep into this ubly MySQL Database and change everything manually. :P

I will write here if the update went fine and all is set and working.

Feed language should be set correctly by the plugin.
Just check your feed through wp-admin (Custom Feeds » Edit Feed » and find the link labelled "No Redirect")

Are you using a feed recirection service like Feedburner? That could cause the error...
