PowerPress can't connect to host, stalls WordPress

I'm using v5.0.7 of PowerPress on WP 3.9.1 hosted on LunarPages and until this week, I've never had a problem like this.

When I try to verify my podcast file, I just see the verification spinning and then I get a message that I cannot connect to the host. I check and the file is there and it does play online. I then try to publish the post and it stalls. The post does go through but I get another error message that PP cannot connect to the host.

What's going on here? I have to restart my browser each and every time I want to post something. And I tried both Firefox and Safari. So it's not a browser issue.

If you can, post the URL to the media file and I will try verifying it here.  It could be something is up with your media host.
