"NaN:NaN" is showing on my media player
« on: February 18, 2014, 08:52:18 pm »
Hi,

Does anybody know why "NaN:NaN" is showing on my media player as soon as the play button is hit?

Is there any way to get that off there?

Thank you!

Dan

Can you post a link to where we can see the player?

Have you tried a different browser?   It looks like you are using an HTML5 player.  I don't see anything wrong using Mac Firefox and Chrome.

Thanks, Mike.

I tried it on Safari and Chrome (I'm on a mac) and it worked fine.

For some reason it only does it on Firefox.

Oh well, no biggie.

Thank you for your help.

All the best,
Dan

I'm having the same problem. On my mac in Firefox, it's showing NaN:NaN instead of the time. The scroll bar also isn't appearing either. This started a few weeks ago, as the older episodes are appearing normally. Is there a "reset" player feature?

No, there is no "reset player"... You could try a different player.. The problem seems to be just firefox.
