Media File Disappears
«

I have a problem that I am sure must be my error but I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.
My site is:
http://greatmustachesinhistory.com
running WordPress 3.7.1 and Blubrry PowerPress 5.0.2
My host is GoDaddy
I am using the Weaver II theme.
Active Plugins are:
All in one Favicon
Blubrry PowerPress
Go Daddy Quick Setup
Jetpack by WordPress.com
Q and A FAQ and Knowledge Base for WordPress
Weaver II Theme Extras
Welcome to WordPress
WordPress SEO
I have created my first MP3 file and wanted to store it outside of Wordpress so the link can be
http://greatmustachesinhistory.com/podcast/whatever_filename.mp3
The file I am working on is
http://greatmustachesinhistory.com/podcast/GMIH-000-Introduction_to_Great_Mustaches_in_History_Podcast
When I put that URL into Chrome the file plays.
When I put that URL in the "Media URL" under Podcast Episode and hit "Verify" I get the error message:
Unable to determine content type of media (e.g. audio/mpeg). Verify file extension is correct and try again.
If I change the file name to:
http://greatmustachesinhistory.com/podcast/GMIH-000-Introduction_to_Great_Mustaches_in_History_Podcast.mp3
the file will NOT play in Chrome
But when I put that URL in the "Media URL" under Podcast Episode I get the message: "Media verified successfully."
Either way, when I hit "Update" under Publish (in WordPress) the Media URL box goes blank. Media player does not load on the page.
This is the published page on the site:
http://greatmustachesinhistory.com/gmih-000-introduction-to-great-mustaches-in-history-podcast/
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am sure that my mistake is something obvious to the gurus on this forum but I am to dumb to figure it out.
Thank you for your help.

I just tested your media file (
http://greatmustachesinhistory.com/podcast/GMIH-000-Introduction_to_Great_Mustaches_in_History_Podcast.mp3
) and it worked in powerpress and in chrome.
I would try resetting the cache in your chrome browser.
If you are having trouble with the post not keeping the media URL, make a new post and try it. Then delete the original post.

Just a quick update to say this issue is now resolved.
Thank you. I don't know what happened but reposting did take care of it.
I changed the word "Introduction" to "Intro" so there would not be conflicts between the two posts.
The new one is here:
http://greatmustachesinhistory.com/gmih-000-intro-great-mustaches-history-podcast/
I only post this follow-up because someone may be looking for solutions months from now and wondering if the previous suggestion worked. It did!
Thank you.
