I NEED HELP using blubrry podcast plugin as jukebox

Can I set up a podcast using Blubrry which can be streamed but not downloaded? I want to play my record label recordings on my label and blog websites but not make all the recordings downloadable.

Podcasting is for syndicating your media to directories like iTunes.

You just need a player for your web site, plenty of player plugins on WordPress.org. Next release of WordPress will include MediaElements.js as well, it's the ideal player as it supports HTML5 audio and video.
