Looks like we'll have PowerPress 4.0.9 released in the next 24 hours.

Hi again!

Cheers! It looks like your updates to the PowerPress plugin have resolved this issue!

I've re-purchased Premium Statistics on our new user account... now at this point I just need the over-inflated statistics (40k+ registered downloads) from May and June of this year cleared out so that they don't forever mask changes in our actual statistics. (more like 500 downloads per month)

Is it possible for you to purge all statistical records for the disciplinethatconnects podcast from May 2013 and June 2013?

Thanks,

~Daniel

We cannot purge specific records, but you can remove specific episodes from reporting.

Hmm. That one month of statistics will forever  badly skew my reports...

Is it possible to wipe out EVERYTHING and start it fresh?

I suppose the only way would be to delete this podcast and create a new one with a different name?

We can rename your program's keyword, thats the easiest way.

That would be lovely! Can you go ahead and do that please?

Use the contact form, indicate what you want the keyword to be. I am mobile but support staff will handle it.
