How do I podcast posts assigned only to a a specific category?

Can I have a podcast feed for each of my different categories?

How can I limit the number of items in each feed, for example, to the last 10 items?

Assigning posts to specific categories is a functionality built into Wordpress. Simple select the category you want the post with episode in and you're all set. If you are looking to exclude those specific category posts from the main feed, I'm no sure how to do that but it wouldn't be a function of the Powerpress plugin.

If that is the case, there are two plugins that may do what you want: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/front-page-excluded-categories/ and http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/advanced-category-excluder/

If you set the "Apply settings to" field to "All RSS feeds" then you can have the podcast in any of your category feeds.

Number of post items in each feed is a Wordpress setting. You can find this setting under "Settings" > "Reading" > "Syndication feeds show the most recent".
