Files not playing through blubrry, but playing directly.

I just uploaded a new episode and all my files aren't playing anymore...

So for exemple the url of this episode isn't playing http://media.blubrry.com/leshower/p/www.hmseb.com/media/podcast/2013/02/Le%20Shower%20Episode%2052.mp3
but the file is really there and playing when you go to the direct link to it www.hmseb.com/media/podcast/2013/02/Le%20Shower%20Episode%2052.mp3

I didn't change anything else on the website, any thoughts?

We did a DNS update last nite some ISP's have not updated their cache.. Reboot your PC and it should clear the issue.. Plays fine here with the media url..

One other issue, I see the media file has spaces, I would fix that, though the problem you are having is not because of the spaces, it does pose other problems sometimes.

For the spaces, I did correct this on the last episode.

Regarding the DNS, I did reboot the pc, cleared the cache of the browser, still isn't working on my side.

Can you try another computer or device? I'm concerned now because the other cases that were reported to us were resolved by just doing a reboot.

Not working on my pc after reboot+ ipconfig/flushdns , not working on my android tablet and on my S2 phone.

Could this be linked to an isp? I know some other people are able to listen to it...

If your ISP is not updating the DNS records promptly (caching records) then yes it could be your ISP.

Tehre is 2 major ISP here in Montreal(Canada) Bell and videotron.

Seems that videotron.com haven't updated their dns because other people I know aren't able to listen to it. The others that are with Bell are able to...

I will respond if it's something else

Also could try using a 3rd party DNS such as Google's: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using

Works on the third party dns...

Still doesn't work with my isp. This shouldn't take so long for a dns to update!

I'm having the same problem...

I started a new thread last night about the problem I am having not realizing that this thread had already been started. 

I am having the exact same problem as hmseb and I am not in Canada, I'm in the US using Verizon Fios as an ISP. I'm using the 1 pixel out audio player and every time it's clicked it says "file not found"; however, the file is there, it's verified successfully, and it works just fine when you put the url in the browser to download. 

It's going on 2 days now with this problem so it makes me wonder if it is really the ISP.  What else could it possibly be?

I'm having the same issue. No one can get to the shows through Blubrry, but directly they work.

Google's DNS service is working and never had this issue. https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/

Your ISP's DNS servers should be up to date, I believe at this point there may be caching happening either in your computer or Internet router if you have one.

I've sent an email to my ISP and they responded that they have an issue with the update of the dns... Still waiting for an update on their end.
