« on: February 13, 2013, 09:19:33 pm »
Blog: http://www.bourbontrailexplorer.com/

Feed: http://www.bourbontrailexplorer.com/feed/podcast/

I've been trying everything to add a title to my feed and nothing is working.

Your feed title is your blog title, go to WordPRess Settings page, where it says "title" or "site name", fill in what you want your title to be.

Whenever I submitted it to iTunes it worked, but had "No Title" as the name of the podcast. Plus there is no title in my feed, even though I expressly put one in my podcast channel... is there a delay for it to take effect?

Your blog site title is your podcast title, you need to set that. Please re-read my last reply, I explain how to edit your WordPress (not PowerPress) settings to set this.

iTunes can take between 1-3 days to update once you make the change, but you can see the change immediately by viewing the feed in Firefox. I just viewed it and it is still title-less (http://www.bourbontrailexplorer.com/feed/podcast/)

I went ahead and did that. http://imgur.com/7W2j7Dr

But when I validate my feed, I still get the same thing. My XML feed is still missing a title...

If you're using an elaborate theme or theme system, try checking the theme's settings. Last resort, switch to the default twenty twelve wordpress theme to confirm if the feed is causing the problem. Sometimes WP caching plugins cause this as well, they don't register the changes until you rebuild the cache.
