Can I sort podcasts like how this other site does? See example

I want to use this plugin for sermon podcasting, but with extensive sorting capabilities, like this..  http://www.desiringgod.org/resource-library/sermons/by-date

Can I do it?  How?  Subcategories?  Custom fields?

How is that working currently? Are you using a special theme or plugin to achieve that?

I tried using the following web service to find out what plugins are running on the site you mentioned but it seems it might not be a Wordpress site.

PowerPRess > Tools > Diagnostics lists the plugins.
