Episode not appearing in iTunes but does appear in iTunes Library

I published as usual my latest podcast on the following feed:

Usually it appears almost immediately but this time not. It does however arrive in the podcast library in itunes where I have subscribed to my own podcast feed.

I use All in One SEO plus Scribe, neither of which I believe add comments to the end of the file.

Anyone know the problem?

Itunes can sometimes take 3 days to update your listing. 

The iTunes store listing and what appears in your feed are two different things.  People that subscribe to your feed in iTunes will get the new episodes as you post them but the listing at iTunes can lag by a few days (or up to a week or so) behind your feed.

There is no way to automatically tell iTunes that your feed is updated since they have removed their ping podcast feature.

The physical size of your feed is getting very large, over 400k. iTunes and other services including Blubrry.com prioritize feeds based on how fast they can pull them. I would drop the "items per feed" setting to 30 or 40 if you want iTunes to pick it up faster.
