initial setup and linking isn't going well

There was a film that helped me set up my first blog.  I am still very new to linking my site to this site to find my hosted podcasts.  I need a step by step to get this to work.

First off, the link to that mp3 file is not valid. 

Also, for some reason, you have a link to an html file instead of an mp3 uploaded to your hosting account. You should delete those files in blubrry.com because they are taking up space in your hosting plan and are not going to work.  I'm assuming you are using powerpress / wordpress.  If that is the case, you need to upload the mp3 to your hosting account by going to your post and in the podcast episode box (you might have to click "modify episode" to get everything to show up) and click the little folder icon.  Then you can upload your media file there. Once it's done, hit verify. if that's ok, then save the post.   That will put the file into your feed.

Your mp3 file should be at an address like this:  http://media.blubrry.com/wdi/name_of_file.mp3
