Play Button shows ABOVE video player on page!

I've used BluBrry on other sites and it's always working fine. Now, I've got a different site and the play button is showing up above the player! Can anyone help me to figure out how to get it to display right or what's wrong with it - Here is the link to the page

And obviously on the front page, not play button isn't showing at all - I'd rather it now show at all if it's going to be above the video but I prefer to have it where it's supposed to be.

Try the default twenty eleven / twenty twelve wordpress theme and see if you still have the play icon position problem. If you don't, then the problem is with your theme's CSS.
