Feedburner pulls the http://www.antphilosophy.com/category/podcasts/feed/ I referenced.

As you describe I have now uploaded the new image following your instructions:
http://awesomescreenshot.com/03bfpv46e

I have also re-sync'ed Feedburner.

Does it look correct?

Thank you!! I really appreciate it.

Take this feed  http://www.antphilosophy.com/category/podcasts/feed/ and load it in a browser, select view source, and you will see it does not have the link to the 2000x2000 image as of current.

Something is preventing your feed ( http://www.antphilosophy.com/category/podcasts/feed/) from displaying the latest settings (assuming you did click save). If you have WP caching plugins, they need to be todl to refresh or regenerate. If your server does some sort of caching you may need to restart your web server.

Thanks again Angelo.

My problem is that I still can't get the feed to display the correct image.
I have had several people try to help me out but without any luck.

I am willing to pay for help. Could that be an option?

Thanks again.
Mikael

Could the problem be the individual images that are uploaded to each episode?

See: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3ej6bjkiyddih88/podcast_episode.jpg

If that is the case, I will go change all of them at once.

Regards,
Mikael

When you view the "program", it uses the image in your feed. When you view the "episode" or are playing the episode, the image in your ID3 tags is displayed.

But the episode doesn't have to be 1400x1400 or?

What is stored in your media does not need to be 1400x1400, but if your producing video it's still recommended. 600x600 in your media should be fine, and iTunes doesn't use that as a factor to decide if you will be featured in any of the categories or not, only the main iTunes image needs to be 1400x1400 or larger.

Now all images in the feed should be 2000x2000 px.

It is true that if you load the feed http://www.antphilosophy.com/category/podcasts/feed/ into a browser, it doesn't look like it is 2000x2000 px, but if you right click it, you will see that it is.

So now I would guess that I can only wait??

This is why we tell folks not use use FeedBurner. Your FeedBurner feed still pointing to the old image: http://feeds.feedburner.com/theindustriousgeeks?format=xml You will need to go into your FeedBurner account and try to refresh it. Once that's updated, then give iTunes 1-3 days.

And I also see your updating your "RSS Feed image", , you need to update the iTunes image, from PowerPress iTunes tab when you edit your category.

If you right click on the image in http://feeds.feedburner.com/theindustriousgeeks?format=xml and choose "show image" you will get the 2000x2000 version. I don't see any other picture referenced?

I completely agree that feedburner sucks but I didn't know better at the time and it doesn't seem like an easy task to change the feed in iTunes (since I would obviously want to keep all the history, reviews etc.).

Right click on the feed, and select 'view source'. What you see in the web browser is the RSS image. What iTunes wants is the <itunes:image>. I cant read your language when you send me those screen shots, all I know is you need to be in the tab called "iTunes" and the field is called "iTunes image". It will say in that field what the image size should be.

Yes thank you. I understand that iTunes want the <itunes:image> - But did you notice that the http://www.antphilosophy.com/wp-content/plugins/podpress/images/logo.jpg image mentioned has actually been changed to a 2000x2000 version? I know that the file name doesn't say so but that shouldn't matter.

As for my language, I assume that the order of the fields would be the exact same as your language :)

Back track in this thread, I said Use Blubrry PowerPress to brows e and upload the new iTunes image, PowerPress applies a trick to fool iTunes into seeing a new image. If you don't do this, just use FTP and overwrite the file, then as Mike said earlier, it can take a month or even longer to update.

I that is what I am doing as per the screenshots I have added. I see no other places in the plugin that needs me to add the 2000x2000 image.

As I've said earlier, I am willing to pay someone knowledgable to login to my site and review the plugin settings. I believe I have done all the things that you so kindly explained to me.
