Some videos and mp3's not playing on ROKU Blubbry channel

My channel is called Your Boss Blows.  I have always had streaming issues in Blubbry so I have updated all my videos and mp3's making sure they were tested for streaming first.  For some reason they still do not work.

I was wondering because I left the names the same if that could be the problem with the feed not updating?  Is there another way I can test to figure out why they do not play in blubrry.

Please reply with links to the media. Usually when there's a problem with playback, it has to do with either the encoding of the file and/or the hosting where the media is served from is unable to serve the media fast enough. Video in particular needs to be hosted on a service such as Blubrry Media Hosting to guarantee fast and error free delivery.

Thank you.  I am not sure if the problem is because the blubrry video channel is displaying my podcast content as well.  You wouldn't think it would be in there.  Maybe I am labeling things wrong?

Is this also happening on your Roku app?

Yes, in the ROKU app.

Right I listened to your podcast and I hear you have your "own" ROKU app, so is this happening in your roku app as well as blubrry's?

no, just the blubrry app.  Can you check it in there?

I really think it has something with it being in the video category, but my post for my videos as well as .mp3 are both showing up in the blubrry video section. 

So I have duplicate posts there.  Would be nice just to get the .mp3s not to show up.

Can you reply with the media links you use in your feed and links to your media you use in your own ROKU app so I can test? ROKU media player itself is one int he same, so the problem has to be with the link to the media, where the media is hosted.

I really think it is the app at this point and need to find out how to get hte blubrry app to not display the .mp3s when searching for the video content.  Have you checked it on your end?

I'm not having playback issues with mp3s, It may be your hosting, i see it's hosted on your own server. From my Roku it's not a problem playing back.

Blubrry displays whats in your feed. If you want your audio separate from your video, you should create 2 separate feeds and submit them to blubrry.com.

Ok, I was just wondering.  Weird, mp3's are working fine for you, but not for me from the app.

None of them, but all the videos are fine.

I am clicking on blubrry video, then business, then your boss blows, and all the mp3's don't work. 

Seems like it tries to load for 1/4 of a second, then goes right back to that episodes information.

This is on 2 different roku boxes. 

The reason I am so concerned is that I am sure people won't continue to mess with it.

I guess I will have to have 2 different feeds, but will iTunes combine them both?

No, and you don't wnat iTunes to combine them. iTunes wants you to create a separate video and audio feed that way when folks subscribe they know what they are getting. Unwritten rule how they wrote the spec, read it and you'll come to the same conclusion. It'll make more sense when the next Apple TVs are released I'm sure.
