embed code - how to publish it

Hi there.
How do I publish /show my podcast/MP3 file embed code on each post of my podcast?

From a site such as YouTube? OR you mean you want to provide your own embed?

PowerPress Settings > Appearance tab, check the "Embed" option.

I keep ticking that box, save, go back and it is un checked again.
Have tried many times.
Am using the latest version of everything.
