Yoast SEO Plugin
« on: July 13, 2012, 11:40:10 pm »
I use Yoast SEO plugin and strip 'category' from the url. This is somehow causing a redirect loop on my normal category pages. For now I have to go in and let Yoast SEO save its changes after making any changes to the PowerPress settings.

Any ideas what is happening? Have I given enough information?

Just a thought... Are your category names somehow conflicting with the feed URL's that powerpress generates?

There's a known bug in the Yoast SEO plugin, I've written a patch but I was unsuccessful at contacting him to give it to him. He setup his site to make it virtually impossible to contact him unless you want to hire him. If you have a relationship with Yoast, please email me and you can help me get my patch sent to him which resolves this problem. cio [at] rawvoice.com thanks!
