Beta and release candidates of WordPress 3.4 yes. We saw no compatibility issues.

Actual WordPress 3.4, no as it just came out an hour or so ago. I'll be doing some testing in the morning, but I know Todd and a few other members on the West coast will be tinkering with it tonight.

No issues that I can tell, everything is working and I am using almost all of the powerpress infrastructure.

Thank you! Currently testing powerpress on 3.3.2 once set up will make a new site and test on 3.4
